Thank you for visiting and shopping at P&P Distributors. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Important Shipping Notice for U.S. Customers

Please note that products fulfilled by our partner manufacturer, MGM (based in Quebec, Canada), and products from Germany, Italy, and other countries may be subject to U.S. import tariffs or duties upon delivery.

  • These charges are not included at checkout.
  • Customs fees, tariffs (including recent U.S. import tariffs), and brokerage fees may be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for any applicable import charges.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Freight notice:
Shipping costs shown at checkout are estimates. Final shipping will be confirmed after your order is placed. If the actual cost is higher, we will contact you for approval before processing. Orders with multiple or oversized items may require additional shipping confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout using UPS carrier rates, based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected service level.

Available UPS services (such as UPS Ground or expedited options) will be displayed during checkout, along with the estimated shipping cost before you complete your order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

P&P Distributors ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

P&P Distributors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

P&P Distributors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.                                                         

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We offer shipping from Canada using Purolator carrier. Purolator shipping rates and delivery times apply.
